Every floor gets the same prep

Most coating failures start before the first coat. We don't skip steps, whether it's a one-car garage or a 7,000 sq ft plant.

  1. 1Profile

    Grind to CSP 3

Diamond grinding opens the concrete to a texture like medium-grit sandpaper, so the coating bonds into the slab instead of sitting on top. It also removes old sealers, paint and contamination.

  2. 2Repair

    Fix cracks and holes

We fill cracks, holes and spalls before coating so the finished floor comes out as seamless as possible.

  3. 3Prime

    Epoxy MVB primer

Our epoxy moisture vapor barrier grips the slab and holds back moisture from below. It's the primer on neat systems and floors that need leveling, and the base coat the flake goes into on flake floors.

  4. 4Build

    Build the system

Flake, silica sand, quartz, metallic or a solid epoxy body coat, depending on the floor you choose.

  5. 5Seal

    Topcoat

Polyaspartic, high-wear urethane, matte urethane with aluminum oxide or high gloss, matched to how the floor gets used.
