Flake system

Our go-to floor for garages and basements. Vinyl flake is broadcast to full coverage into an epoxy moisture vapor barrier base coat, so every inch has color and texture that hides dust, tire marks and small imperfections. After the excess flake is scraped, we seal it with a polyaspartic topcoat that stays clear in sunlight and stands up to hot tires, road salt and dropped tools.

Over a wood subfloor we use extra material because wood is more porous, which puts it closer to $8.50 per sq ft.
